TERMS OF USE

By registering with LERECO you agree to the following terms.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your membership you must notify LERECO of your intentions please email us at cancel@lereco.com. Note: A client, who conducts a new search on a property that they have not previously searched after expiration of your agreement, will not entitle you to any referral fees. Any client that conducts a search of a property during the life of your agreement and subsequently purchases will be covered under the terms of our contracts with the developers, and referral fees will be paid to you.

Usage

When you join LERECO all client’s that you register will receive a confirmation email from LERECO, thanking them for joining the network. Clients have the right to enter another realtor as their referring realtor or to opt out of the system totally, so you should stay in touch with them to reinforce your relationship. You will earn commissions only from referrals initiated while your membership is in a current status. It is up to you to keep in touch with your clients to ensure that they use the LERECO site. Failure to keep your membership active per our agreement will nullify any referrals as follows:

a. Your registration is for your use and the clients use. Giving access to other agents through your account is strictly prohibited. Giving any access to other persons that are not your registered clients is prohibited. Failure to agree by these terms will automatically remove you from the system. Clients that you register will also be locked out; however, they will have the right to reregister.

b. The information contained on our site is the property of LERECO and is not for the use of unauthorized persons (an authorized person being a Real Estate Agent who has registered and paid fees and is in a current status, and who has registered clients utilizing the LERECO site). All registered Real estate agents agree throughout the term of their contract, and for a period of three years after their agreements have been cancelled or if membership is not renewed, that they will not contact any of the developers directly or indirectly without written permission from LERECO, or refer clients to such developer without written permission from LERECO. LERECO has the right to demand payment and or fees in the event such act should occur.

Obligations of Real Estate Agent as a LERECO Member

a. You are of legal age and are otherwise capable of forming a legally binding contract; and have obtained all necessary permissions within your business (if applicable) to participate in the Real Estate services;

b. All information you submit to LERECO is accurate and complete and that you will maintain and promptly update your profile as necessary;

c. You agree to be contacted via Email by LERECO and third parties if relevant, regarding LERECO’s services;

d. You will not use information obtained through LERECO to locate, identify or directly contact a Developer in the LERECO database;

e. You will not take any action that may compromise the integrity of LERECO;

f. You have secured and will maintain any required supervising broker's authorization and payment of a fee that will be incurred by virtue of your LERECO Membership, if you are a licensed real estate salesperson, broker associate or other non-supervising broker real estate professional legally permitted to conduct or participate in certain real property transactions in your state of residence or employment but subject to broker oversight;

g. LERECO reserves the right to terminate the participation of any registered member for any breach of the above obligations.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless LERECO, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, costs, demands, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to: (a) your use of the web site or your reliance on the Content or your use of LERECO�s services, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) any actual, prospective, completed or terminated purchase, sale or other transaction between you and a third party.

Modification Of Services

LERECO reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue any service or a portion or attribute thereof, or the offering of any information, good, content, product or service with or without notice to any User. Your continued use of the website or service after the posting of any amended Terms of Use shall constitute your agreement to be bound by any such changes. LERECO reserves the right to modify at any time the price charged for its Services. In the event of a price change, you will be notified by e-mail at the address on your account thirty (30) days in advance of any price increase. Your continued use of the Service after the price increase goes into effect shall constitute your agreement to be bound by such changes. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, if you do not agree to the price increase, you must terminate your Agreement by Email to cancel@lereco.com before the price increase goes into effect effective on the last day before the price increase goes into effect. LERECO shall not be liable to any User or any third party should LERECO exercise its right to modify or discontinue service.
